Gin Ford  making memories in Kenya
November 2017

For all clients wishing to go on safari, this is one of the best locations for viewing game I have ever seen.
Amboseli National Park was our first stop home of the elephants.
The park is very dry in parts especially at this time of the yea, apart from elephants
we viewed lions, zebra, springbok, wilder beast and hippos.

For this area I would highly recommend the Camps below.

ELEWANA TORTILLIS CAMP
One hour from Nairobi airport
Tented accommodation set in 30,000-acre kitirua private concession
Excellent facilities with very good guides, accommodation and food

OL DONYO CAMP
Set in a beautiful setting, at the foothills of Kilimanjaro
Located on the edge of the Chyulu Hills
Beautiful accommodation 275.000 private reserve
Lovely accommodations with very good guides, accommodation and food.

On leaving Amboseli national park, we took a flight from Nairobi to the Masai Mara area
The Masai at this time of year, was greener and lusher than Amboseli
Around the Mara River is famous for the Migration of the wilder beast, this happens
Every year, when the animals migrate into Tanzania which is just across the river.
We viewed many types of game in this area Lions, Buffalo, Hyena, Giraffe, gazelle, Zebra, and many birds of prey

For this area I would highly recommend the Camps below.

SANDS RIVER CAMP
Located within the Masa Mara National Reserve on the edge of the Sands river
A stunning location, with excellent accommodation food and guides.

AND BEYOND KICHWA TEMBO CAMP
Set in a private concession.
A fully tented camp, of the most luxurious standard
Service and staff were just excellent, and so were all of their facilities

MARA BUSHTOPS
This was a stunning hotel and fabulous location
The standard of the accommodation was very good, together with food and service
The game drives were also excellent

Why not contact me to arrange a visit to one of these lovely lodges and make your own memories in Kenya.
